Elevation House

Elevation House proudly represents Jamores as it’s only service East of the river.

Based in Newham, Elevation House is in the heart of one of the most deprived boroughs in London. It prides itself in providing a warm and loving home to children and young people who are local and further afield. Elevation provides its service users with calm amongst chaos, ease amongst hardship and most of all the thing every child deserves; a family.

Since opening its doors in 2016, Elevation House has been called home by at least 30 young people – all of which have gone on to either reunify with their families, moved onto semi-independent homes, equipped with the skills needed to thrive or have gone onto find their forever family.

Elevation House was also the very first Jamores home to successfully enrol one of their young people into employment. Many of the young people who have walked through the door of Elevation still ring the home often to reminisce on the wonderful memories they made here and update staff on life since Elevation.

The Registered Manager, Silky Kumar, has been at the heart of the home for over 5 years. In that time, the home has gone from strength to strength with consistently Good OFSTED ratings and a strong and consistent staff team. Parents, families and other agencies alike consistently praise Elevation House for the warmth and love that is so permeable throughout the home.
